### Key Responsibilities

-   Deliver exceptional customer support to Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat, addressing enquiries related to consumer electronics products and e-commerce orders.

-   Provide proactive follow-up communication to ensure full customer satisfaction and a premium post-purchase experience for every consumer electronics buyer.
-   Stay continuously updated on the latest consumer electronics product launches, promotions, and policy changes to deliver informed and confident customer guidance.
-   Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including logistics, technical support, and quality assurance to ensure smooth end-to-end customer journeys.

## Requirements

-   Native or fluent Dutch language proficiency (both spoken and written) is absolutely essential for this role.
-   A valid EU passport is mandatory for employment eligibility.
-   Previous experience in customer support, customer service, or a related client-facing role is highly advantageous, particularly within e-commerce or the consumer electronics sector.
-   Comfortable and confident navigating digital tools, e-commerce platforms, and CRM systems; a genuine enthusiasm for consumer electronics technology is a strong advantage.
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset and a natural ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and empathy.
-   Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple queries simultaneously in a fast-paced, remote working environment.
