## Description

### **Registered Nurse (RN) – $36–$44/hr**

**Per Diem / W2 | Weekly Pay | Flexible Shifts | Austin Metro**

### **Position Overview**

Hiring **Registered Nurses (RNs)** across **Austin Metro**, including:

-   Round Rock, Cedar Park, Georgetown
-   Pflugerville, Buda, Kyle
-   Lakeway, Bee Cave

### **Key Responsibilities**

-   Deliver patient care in accordance with clinical standards
-   Perform patient assessments and implement care plans
-   Administer medications, IV therapy, and treatments
-   Monitor and respond to changes in patient condition
-   Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
-   Maintain accurate EMR documentation
-   Follow OSHA, HIPAA, and safety protocols

## Requirements

-   Active Texas RN License in good standing
-   Minimum 1 year recent experience (hospital, SNF, rehab, or acute care)
-   Current BLS certification (ACLS preferred for some roles)
-   Ability to pass background and credential checks
-   Strong clinical and communication skills
