## Description

Santikos Collection, a leading hospitality company known for its resorts and hotels, is currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team. This position will be based at one of our Skiathos properties and will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk and accounting functions during the night shift.

As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for balancing daily transactions, preparing financial reports, and resolving any discrepancies. You will also handle guest check-ins and check-outs during the night hours, ensuring a seamless and exceptional experience for our guests.

We are looking for an individual with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within the hospitality industry, is required.

### Responsibilities

-   Perform night audit functions, including balancing daily transactions, reconciling accounts, and preparing financial reports.
-   Handle guest check-ins and check-outs during the night shift, ensuring a seamless and efficient process.
-   Respond to guest inquiries and concerns, providing accurate information and resolving issues promptly.
-   Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.
-   Process payments and ensure accurate billing.
-   Assist with the night security procedures and ensure guest safety and security.
-   Handle guest complaints or issues, escalating to supervisors or management if necessary.

## Requirements

-   Previous experience as a Night Auditor within the hospitality industry.
-   Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
-   Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
-   Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
-   Proficiency in using hotel software and accounting systems.
-   Fluency in Greek and English
