**What You Will Contribute to OHM Advisors**

As a Graduate Civil Engineer, you will join a collaborative and growing team here you’ll gain exposure to a range of civil engineering projects. You’ll support planning and design efforts, contribute to technical analyses, and work alongside senior staff to deliver creative, people-focused solutions for our clients.

**Your Responsibilities**

-   Participate in the collection and analysis of data to support project development.
-   Perform design calculations and investigative analyses to complete assigned tasks.
-   Assist in the preparation of plans, specifications, cost estimates, and supporting documents.
-   Use CAD software (AutoCAD or MicroStation) to develop design drawings.
-   Review project plans and documentation for technical accuracy and conformance to standards.
-   Help schedule and coordinate tasks to meet project timelines.
-   Collaborate with internal teams and contribute to design reviews.
-   Maintain organized project files and design documentation.
-   Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Environmental Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical field.
-   Experience working in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MicroStation, Revit, ArcGIS, or other relevant software.
-   Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification preferred.
-   Internship or co-op experience in civil engineering strongly preferred.
-   Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
-   Strong communication and organizational skills.
-   Willingness to learn and grow in a collaborative team environment.
