## Description

Sizanid Staffing, part of Sizanid HR, is a leading and rapidly growing staffing agency committed to revolutionizing recruitment through technology and human insight. We are seeking an organized and proactive **HR Coordinator** to join our team and support day-to-day HR operations. In this role, you will facilitate employee onboarding, support recruitment efforts, coordinate employee relations activities, and ensure HR processes run smoothly. As an HR Coordinator, you will be a key contributor in maintaining efficient communication between management and staff while fostering a positive workplace environment that supports our organizational goals.

### Responsibilities

-   Coordinate and facilitate the recruitment process including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
-   Assist in onboarding new employees by preparing documentation, conducting orientations, and ensuring smooth integration.
-   Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and employee files within the HRIS system.
-   Support employee relations by addressing routine inquiries and escalating issues when necessary.
-   Coordinate training sessions and assist in the implementation of HR programs and initiatives.
-   Prepare and process HR documents such as employment contracts, offer letters, and change notices.
-   Assist in ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
-   1-3 years of experience in an HR support or coordinator role, preferably within the staffing or recruitment sector.
-   Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
-   Familiarity with HRIS systems, applicant tracking systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
-   Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively.
-   Demonstrated understanding of employment laws and HR best practices.
-   Positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
