## Description

Alomar Holding Company, a leading Saudi-based diversified group specializing in real estate development and property asset management, is seeking an experienced Site Engineer to join our team in Riyadh. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the successful execution of residential construction projects, working closely with subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams to deliver high-quality developments that meet our standards of excellence.

Key responsibilities include:

-   Supervise daily site activities and ensure proper execution of project works according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
-   Coordinate with subcontractors and follow up on progress, manpower, materials, and work quality.
-   Manage and follow up on multiple residential projects when required.
-   Prepare, draw, review, and coordinate shop drawings using AutoCAD.
-   Review project drawings, specifications, and technical documents before execution.
-   Coordinate civil, structural, architectural finishing, and MEP works to avoid conflicts and execution delays.
-   Identify site issues and coordinate solutions with the project team, subcontractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
-   Monitor project progress, quality, safety requirements, and site readiness throughout all execution stages.
-   Prepare daily/weekly site updates, progress reports, site logs, and required reports for management.
-   Follow up on snag lists, inspection requirements, and handover procedures.

## Requirements

### Required Qualifications:

-   Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
-   Minimum 8 years of experience as a Site Engineer in residential construction projects.
-   Previous experience working with a contracting company.
-   Hands-on experience in site execution from structural/shell works through finishing stage to handover.
-   Strong experience in architectural finishing works, including tiles, gypsum, painting, doors, windows, aluminum, façade works, stairs, flooring, and ceilings.
-   Strong experience coordinating subcontractors and MEP trades, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, low-current, and firefighting works.
-   Proficiency in AutoCAD for preparing, reviewing, and coordinating shop drawings.
-   Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office, including Outlook, for reporting, quantity tracking, site logs, and formal communication.
-   Fluent or native Arabic.
-   Good working level of English, especially for reading technical documents and writing basic reports/emails.
-   Saudi Council of Engineers registration or eligibility to register.
-   Ability to work full-time on construction sites and perform regular site inspections.
-   Ability to manage daily follow-up across multiple active projects.
-   Valid driving license and ability to move between multiple project sites in Riyadh.
-   Current residency in Riyadh.
-   Transferable iqama / valid KSA work authorization.

### Preferred Qualifications:

-   Experience delivering projects for reputable or well-known real estate developers.
-   Experience working on developer-led residential projects.
-   Experience with MS Project, Primavera P6, Revit, or PDF markup tools is an advantage.
