## Description

SearchPlus HR is a premier healthcare recruitment firm committed to linking top Emergency Medicine professionals with leading healthcare institutions. We are currently seeking dedicated and skilled Emergency Medicine physicians to join our network.

In this role, you will provide immediate and comprehensive medical care to patients experiencing urgent and critical health issues. You will be responsible for rapid assessment, diagnosis, stabilization, and treatment in a high-pressure emergency department setting.

As part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team, you will contribute to improving patient outcomes by delivering timely and evidence-based emergency medical care.

### Responsibilities:

-   Conduct thorough patient evaluations and triage in emergency situations
-   Provide prompt and effective medical interventions for acute illnesses and injuries
-   Order, interpret, and utilize diagnostic tests to guide treatment plans
-   Stabilize critically ill or injured patients and facilitate transfer to specialized care as needed
-   Maintain accurate and detailed medical records of patient encounters and treatments
-   Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care
-   Stay current with advances in emergency medicine through ongoing education and training

## Requirements

-   MD or DO degree with board certification in Emergency Medicine
-   Proven clinical experience in emergency medicine or similar acute care settings
-   Comprehensive knowledge of emergency medical protocols, procedures, and best practices
-   Ability to make quick and sound clinical decisions under pressure
-   Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient and team interactions
-   Excellent critical-thinking and problem-solving abilities
-   Capability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-stress environment
-   Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications
