-   Lead and inspire a team of skilled technical professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment;
-   Provide mentorship and support to team members, encouraging their continuous professional growth and development;
-   Enhance the team’s expertise through regular device-specific training and coaching sessions;
-   Plan, organize, and facilitate team meetings to ensure clear communication and alignment;
-   Actively listen to and act on feedback from both the team and customers to drive improvements;
-   Monitor and manage team performance, continuously seeking opportunities to optimize productivity and quality.

-   Working hours: 08:30 - 17:00
-   Employment type: Full time, 40 hours/week

## Requirements

### What we're looking for

-   Proven experience in the BPO (_Business Process Outsourcing)_ field and in team management
-   **Strong English** communication skills (written and spoken)
-   Experience with ticketing systems and Microsoft Office
-   Excellent coaching, organizational, and problem-solving skills
-   A proactive, customer-focused mindset with the ability to motivate others
