**Nurse and Allied Health Talent Recruiter and Mentor**

**(Part Time - 20 Hours per week)**

**Position Summary**

Palo Healthcare is seeking an experienced and mission-driven Registered Nurse (RN) or Advanced Practice Nurse to serve as a **Nursing and Allied Health Talent Recruiter and Mentor**. This unique role combines nursing expertise, workforce development, talent acquisition, and mentorship to help strengthen and grow our nursing and allied health workforce.

The **Nursing and Allied Health Talent Recruiter and Mentor** will work actively to recruit and build a talent pipeline working closely with other company colleagues. This role will help build sustainable nursing talent pipelines, support professional development initiatives, and foster meaningful connections between prospective and current clinicians.

**What You Will Do**

Nursing Workforce Recruitment

-   Partner with Talent Acquisition to learn and support the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through onboarding
-   Assist in identifying, attracting, and engaging qualified nursing and allied health candidates
-   Support recruitment events, nursing school partnerships, workforce initiatives, and community outreach activities
-   Serve as a clinical ambassador for Palo Healthcare at career fairs, networking events, and community programs
-   Develop relationships with educational institutions and community organizations to expand nursing talent pipelines

Nursing Careers Program

-   Serve as a mentor and advocate for Nursing Careers Program to participants
-   Support candidate engagement, development, and progression throughout the program
-   Assist participants in navigating educational, clinical, and career opportunities
-   Foster relationships that encourage retention, growth, and long-term success within Palo Healthcare

Clinical Education & Professional Development

-   Support nurse onboarding and development initiatives
-   Assist with workforce development strategies that promote clinical excellence and career advancement
-   Identify opportunities to strengthen nursing engagement and retention
-   Support professional development pathways that align with organizational needs and employee goals

**What You Will Need**

-   Bachelor's or advanced degree in Nursing required
-   Minimum of three (3) years of nursing experience
-   Home Health, Hospital, or Community Health experience strongly preferred
-   Interest in recruitment, workforce development, mentorship, and professional development
-   Strong communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills
-   Strong organizational and time-management skills
-   Ability to mentor and support nurses at various stages of their careers
-   Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

**Compensation Transparency**

In compliance with New Jersey's Pay Transparency Act, the total compensation range for this position is USD $30,000 to USD $42,000 for 20 Hours Per Week, Full Time. When determining an offer, Palo Healthcare considers factors such as the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's work experience, education/training, relevant skills, internal pay equity, and market and organizational conditions.
