We’re looking for compassionate and resilient individuals to support students with Additional Learning Needs. You don’t need to be a qualified teacher to have a real impact, just patience, understanding, a good sense of humour, and the ability to build positive, trusting relationships.

**🧠 What You'll Be Doing:**

-   **Supporting Students:** Working with pupils with a range of needs including ASD, ADHD, and SEMH.
-   **Building Confidence:** Providing 1:1 or small group support tailored to help every child shine.
-   **Positive Behaviour:** Helping the teacher manage the classroom and promoting a calm, positive environment.
-   **Encouraging Independence:** Helping learners make progress and believe in themselves.
-   **Teamwork:** Collaborating with teachers, ALNCOs, and external pros to get the best outcomes for the children.
-   **Safeguarding:** Upholding the highest standards of pupil wellbeing.

## Requirements

### ✅ What You’ll Need:

-   Experience supporting children or young people with additional learning needs
-   A calm, caring and flexible approach
-   Strong communication and teamwork skills
-   Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness for us to process one)
-   Right to work in the UK and currently based here
