## Description

**Location:** Dubai South Headquarters

**Salary:** Up to AED 8,000 per month

**Joining:** **Immediate joiners preferred**

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Recruitment Specialist with a strong background in Real Estate Brokerage recruitment to join our team at Dubai South Headquarters.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Manage end-to-end recruitment for real estate brokers, sales agents, and support staff
-   Handle hiring requirements for multiple departments and companies within the Group, including operations, administration, HR, finance, marketing, customer service, and other support functions
-   Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking
-   Conduct screening interviews and coordinate hiring processes
-   Build and maintain a strong pipeline of real estate professionals and corporate talent
-   Work closely with management and department heads to understand hiring requirements
-   Handle onboarding and documentation for new hires
-   Maintain recruitment databases and hiring reports
-   Ensure timely closure of open positions across the Group

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
-   Minimum 2–4 years of recruitment experience in the UAE
-   **Mandatory experience in Real Estate Brokerage recruitment**
-   **Proven track record of successfully hiring real estate brokers and corporate staff**
-   Strong knowledge of UAE hiring practices and labor market
-   Proficiency in recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and job portals
-   Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
-   Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
