Further information is available at [www.nfigroup.com.](https://www.nfigroup.com.) **POSITION SUMMARY:** The Supplier Excellence & Readiness Assessment Lead is responsible for leading comprehensive supplier assessments that evaluate operational readiness, supply continuity, business risk, scalability, and long-term supplier capability. This is a unique opportunity to help establish and shape NFI's Supplier Excellence & Readiness Assessment program, a new strategic function focused on proactively identifying supplier risks, strengthening supplier performance, and supporting the long-term resilience of NFI's global supply chain. As the overall assessment owner, you will integrate findings from manufacturing and quality specialists to provide executive-level insight into supplier readiness, risk exposure, and improvement opportunities.
