**GRAPHIC DESIGNER**

Vertical: Marketing

Location: Remote - Philippines, Eastern Europe, and Latin America

USD Salary: Negotiable based on experience

The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating compelling, on-brand visual content that supports marketing campaigns, social media, digital advertising, and broader brand communication needs. This role translates creative briefs and campaign objectives into visually engaging assets that resonate with target audiences and drive results. The Graphic Designer works closely with marketing strategists, account managers, and content teams to ensure visual output is both creatively strong and strategically aligned.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

-   Design a wide range of visual assets including social media graphics, digital ads, email templates, landing page visuals, presentations, and brand collateral.
-   Interpret creative briefs and translate them into high-quality visual concepts that align with brand guidelines.
-   Maintain and apply brand identity standards consistently across all design outputs.
-   Collaborate with copywriters, marketers, and video editors to produce integrated creative assets.
-   Iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders, A/B test results, and performance data.
-   Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, delivering on time without compromising quality.
-   Organize and maintain an asset library for easy team access.
-   Stay current with design trends, platform-specific creative best practices, and emerging visual styles.
-   Prepare files for digital and print production as required.
-   Contribute creative ideas to campaign brainstorms and strategic discussions.

## Requirements

-   2–4 years of professional graphic design experience in a marketing, agency, or in-house setting.
-   Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and/or Figma.
-   Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of digital design work across multiple formats and brands.
-   Solid understanding of typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
-   Experience designing for digital channels - social media, digital ads, email, and web.
-   Ability to work efficiently under deadlines while managing multiple projects.
-   Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

NICE TO HAVE

-   Experience with motion graphics or basic animation (After Effects, Canva Pro, or similar).
-   Familiarity with UI/UX design principles.
-   Experience designing performance-driven ad creative for paid social campaigns.
-   Knowledge of print production specifications.
-   Experience with video editing for social media short-form content.
-   Background in e-commerce or D2C brand design.
