**Dental Lab Technician CAD/CAM – Full Arch & Implant Restorations**  
**Modern Surgical Dental Practice | In-House Digital Lab**  
**$30–$40/hour Based on Experience | Full-Time | Monday–Friday**

Join a cutting-edge surgical dental practice with a fully digital, state-of-the-art in-house lab where innovation, precision, and patient care come together. We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented **Dental Lab Tech who knows CAD/CAM,** to become a key part of our growing team.

This is an exciting opportunity to work directly alongside experienced implant surgeons and restorative dentists on advanced full-arch cases, including **All-on-X, All-on-4, Full Bridges, and Full Arch Restorations**.

### What You’ll Do

-   Design and mill high-quality dental restorations including Full Arches, Full Bridges, and All-on-X cases
-   Utilize advanced CAD/CAM software to create precise, functional, and aesthetic restorations
-   Collaborate closely with doctors and clinical staff to ensure accuracy and optimal patient outcomes
-   Perform quality control checks and make adjustments as needed
-   Apply your knowledge of dental anatomy, occlusion, implant workflows, and restorative principles in daily production

### What We’re Looking For

-   1–2+ years of experience designing single and double full-arch restorations
-   Experience with All-on-X / All-on-4 workflows preferred
-   Proficiency with dental CAD/CAM software and digital lab workflows
-   Strong understanding of dental anatomy and restorative concepts
-   Excellent attention to detail, communication, and problem-solving skills
-   Team-oriented mindset with a passion for digital dentistry
