**PeopleCert** is looking for a **Senior Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Developer** to lead the technical development and evolution of our enterprise ERP platform.

This role combines deep Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations development expertise with modern Microsoft cloud technologies to deliver scalable, secure, and maintainable enterprise solutions.

You will be responsible for designing and developing custom functionality, integrations, and extensions while helping shape the technical roadmap of our Microsoft business applications ecosystem, including

**As a Senior Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Developer, your tasks will be the following:**

-   Design, develop, and maintain custom solutions within Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations using X++, extensions, and Microsoft’s extensibility framework.
-   Design technical solutions that align with Microsoft’s One Version strategy and extension-first development model.
-   Develop custom services, integrations, workflows, Business Events, and automation solutions.
-   Design and develop integrations between Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement using Dual-write, Dataverse, Business Events, OData, APIs, and Azure Integration Services.
-   Develop integrations with Sitecore, Power Platform, Azure services, reporting platforms, payment providers, and third-party enterprise systems.
-   Support Human Resources module customizations, extensions, reporting, workflows, and integrations.
-   Develop Data Entities, Electronic Reporting (ER), SSRS reports, custom services, and integration components.
-   Build intelligent automation solutions leveraging Power Automate, Azure Functions, AI Builder, Business Events, and Azure services.
-   Design and implement AI-enabled business solutions using Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI, and Power Platform where appropriate.
-   Collaborate with Solution Architects and Functional Consultants to define scalable enterprise solutions.
-   Participate in technical architecture discussions and contribute to long-term ERP platform strategy.
-   Mentor developers, perform code reviews, and promote engineering best practices.
-   Troubleshoot complex production issues and perform root-cause analysis across ERP, integrations, and Azure components.
-   Support Azure DevOps pipelines, automated deployments, environment management, and release processes.
-   Produce technical documentation, solution designs, deployment guides, and operational documentation.
-   Stay current with Microsoft’s Dynamics 365, Azure, AI, and Power Platform roadmap and recommend improvements.

**What we look for:**

-   Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
-   5+ years of experience developing Microsoft Dynamics AX or Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations solutions.
-   Strong expertise in: X++/ Extensions/ Chain of Command/ Visual Studio/ Forms and Form Extensions/ Data Entities/ Batch Framework/ Security Framework/ SSRS Reporting/ Electronic Reporting (ER).
-   Experience developing integrations using: Dual-write/ Dataverse/ OData/ REST APIs/ Business Events/ Azure Functions/ Logic Apps/ Service Bus/ Data Management Framework.
-   Experience integrating Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement.
-   Strong understanding of Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Human Resources modules.
-   Experience with Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Application Lifecycle Management.
-   Strong SQL Server knowledge and performance optimization skills.
-   Experience with Power Platform integration including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
-   Experience designing enterprise integration architectures across ERP, CRM, Azure, and Microsoft business applications.
-   Demonstrated experience or strong interest in Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, AI Builder, Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI, or enterprise AI solutions.
-   Experience mentoring developers and conducting code reviews.
-   Excellent analytical thinking and troubleshooting skills.
-   Strong communication and collaboration skills.
-   Excellent knowledge of English (C2 level certification desired; LanguageCert C2 LTE or C2 IESOL certificate would be considered a plus).
-   Advanced computer literacy is required. ECDL Advanced level certification is desirable.

**Nice to have:**

-   Experience with Dynamics 365 Human Resources/Finance/Procurement implementation or development.
-   Experience with Microsoft Fabric and enterprise data platforms.
-   Experience with Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Graph API, or AI orchestration frameworks.
-   Experience developing Copilot extensions, Copilot Studio agents, AI-assisted workflows, or AI-enabled business applications.
-   Experience with Sitecore integrations and enterprise digital platforms.
-   Experience supporting global ERP implementations across multiple legal entities and geographies.
-   Microsoft certifications such as MB-500, AZ-204, AZ-305, PL-400, AI-102, or related certifications.

**Working on Home Office (HO) Secure English Language Tests (SELTs)**

Any person who is engaged by PeopleCert to work on the SELT service must undergo a Background Check (the results of which must be acceptable to PeopleCert and the HO) prior to commencing their SELT duties. All SELT personnel will be required to complete a declaration (provided by PeopleCert) where the existence of any criminal record and/or bankruptcy must be declared.

If working on the SELT service in the UK, background checks will include:

-   A basic or enhanced Disclosure Barring Service (DBS) check

-   Right to Work in the UK check (including nationality, identity and place of residence)

-   HO security check (Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) or Counter Terrorist Check (CTC)

-   Financial background check

-   Employment reference check.

-   If working on the SELT service anywhere in the world (outside of the UK) personnel will undergo background checks that are equivalent to those stated for the UK.

In addition, if personnel are required to speak to SELT candidates they must be appropriately skilled in English language and, where SELT services are provided anywhere in the world (outside of the UK), the official language of the relevant country.
