## Description

**Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist**

**Location:** Washington  
**Setting:** Remote / Telehealth  
**Position:** Full-Time  
**Salary:** $115,000–$120,000 per year  
**Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

**Role Overview**

This role focuses on providing structured therapy to adults and families through a secure telehealth platform. You will work with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and life transitions. Your work supports steady progress, clear treatment goals, and continuity of care.

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Conduct individual and family therapy sessions via telehealth
-   Complete clinical documentation in a timely and accurate manner
-   Develop treatment plans based on assessments and ongoing progress
-   Maintain compliance with Washington State and telehealth standards

## Requirements

-   Active Washington State LMFT license
-   Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
-   Experience providing outpatient psychotherapy
-   Comfort working independently in a remote setting
-   Reliable internet connection and private workspace
