## Overview

**Interbeton**, has an excellent opportunity for a **Sales Representative** in Volos, Greece. This role involves managing a customer portfolio with a focus on profitability, market segment penetration, and growth potential, in alignment with the company's guidelines and commercial strategies. The Sales Representative will report directly to the RMC Operations Manager.

## Responsibilities

-   Manage a diverse portfolio of accounts while promoting and selling Interbeton products to potential customers
-   Identify and establish relationships with new clients to expand the customer base
-   Address and resolve customer queries, issues, and concerns promptly and effectively
-   Foster robust and long-lasting business relationships with prospective and existing clients
-   Collect, analyze, and maintain data regarding market trends, competitor actions, and pricing strategies
-   Make direct client visits and ensure diligent follow-ups to monitor the growth of their accounts
-   Track sales metrics within assigned territory, ensuring they align with corporate objectives
-   Safeguard the company's interests by ensuring timely and full collection of customer debts as per the corporate credit policy
-   Adhere to Interbeton safety & environmental policies, endorsing best practices

## Qualifications

-   Bachelor's degree
-   Prior experience in the concrete, aggregates, paving, or related industries will be strongly preferred
-   Customer-centric mindset with a client-driven philosophy
-   Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills in both Greek and English
-   Ability to build and maintain successful relationships, demonstrating respect and openness to others
-   Proficiency in MS Office applications
-   Driving license
-   Military service obligations must be fulfilled (if applicable)
