## Description

Parx Home Health Care is seeking a dedicated Full Time Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Home Health to provide compassionate and comprehensive care to patients in their homes service in Indian River County. The RN will assess patient conditions, develop care plans, administer treatments, and coordinate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. This role is vital in promoting patient independence and quality of life outside of traditional clinical settings.

## Requirements

Candidates must hold a current and unrestricted Registered Nurse license. Experience in home health nursing or a related healthcare setting is preferred. Strong clinical assessment skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency with electronic health records are required. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are necessary. Additional certifications such as CPR and compliance with background checks and health screenings are mandatory.
