About the company:

Job responsibilities:  
\- Assist in the daily operations of fund management, including trade processing and reconciliation.  
\- Monitor fund performance and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.  
\- Prepare and analyze financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.  
\- Collaborate with portfolio managers and other departments to optimize fund operations.  
\- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.  
\- Support the onboarding of new funds and manage fund transitions.  
\- Maintain accurate records and documentation for audit and compliance purposes.  
  
Job requirements:  
\- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.  
\- Minimum of 2 years experience in fund operations or a similar role.  
\- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.  
\- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
