## Description

For a multinational company specializing in **telecommunications**.

Role based in Athens, Greece.

### Key Responsibilities:

-   Lead and manage the company's operations, focusing on growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
-   Develop and implement strategic business plans to enhance market position and achieve financial objectives.
-   Oversee the development and execution of marketing and sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
-   Establish and maintain relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners to maximize collaboration.
-   Ensure compliance with all regulatory and industry standards.
-   Analyze market trends and competitor landscape to identify opportunities for innovation and expansion.
-   Provide leadership and guidance to the management team, fostering a culture of performance and accountability.
-   Present business updates and reports to the board of directors and other stakeholders.

## Requirements

-   Proven experience as a General Manager or similar executive leadership role within the telecommunications industry.
-   Civil Engineering academic background could be an asset.
-   Strong strategic thinking and business acumen, with a track record of driving growth and operational efficiency.
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
-   In-depth knowledge of the telecommunications landscape, including regulatory requirements and market dynamics.
-   Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
-   Fluency in English is required; French is a plus.
