## Description

**Work Setup:** 100% Onsite (Bridgetowne, Quezon City)

**Shift:** Night Shift Schedule

**Start Date:** ASAP

**Qualifications:**

-   Minimum 2 years in college w/o back subjects
-   With at least 6 months of TSR experience preferred
-   With at least 1 year of CSR experience
-   Open for non-native/local candidates
-   Good English and Spanish communication skills
-   Willing to work onsite in Quezon City
-   Willing to work on night shift schedule

**Responsibilities:**

-   Providing high-quality support to Spanish and English-speaking customers.
-   Communicating with clients via phone, email, and chat.
-   Translating documents, videos, or materials for accuracy and context.
-   Managing projects or assisting with sales and marketing campaigns in Spanish.
-   Documenting customer interactions, complaints, or transactions in a CRM system.
