**Role Overview**

**Location:** North Carolina  
**Setting:** Remote / Telehealth  
**Employment Type:** Full-Time  
**Compensation:** $115,000–$120,000 annually with full benefits  
**Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to support clients across North Carolina through a fully remote behavioral health practice. You will work with adults navigating mental health concerns alongside the personal, social, and environmental factors that may be affecting their wellbeing. A strong clinical social work perspective is important here, especially the ability to understand the full picture of a client’s circumstances and provide care that is practical, responsive, and clinically appropriate.

**Responsibilities**

-   Provide individual therapy through a secure telehealth platform
-   Complete biopsychosocial assessments and review relevant clinical history
-   Identify treatment priorities and develop individualized care goals
-   Support clients experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, adjustment concerns, and interpersonal stress
-   Monitor progress and adjust treatment approaches when clinically indicated
-   Recognize when additional resources, referrals, or a higher level of care may be appropriate
-   Complete progress notes and required clinical documentation within established timelines
-   Maintain professional boundaries, confidentiality, and ethical standards

## Requirements

-   Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
-   Active and unrestricted **LCSW license in North Carolina**
-   Experience providing therapy or behavioral health services
-   Strong understanding of assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning
-   Ability to manage a remote caseload with accuracy and professionalism
-   Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records
-   Reliable internet connection and a private workspace for virtual sessions
