## Description

Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking a Dutch Speaking Customer Agent to work remotely from Greece, supporting Eneco, a leading energy company. This position is ideal for individuals fluent in Dutch who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service in the energy sector. As a Customer Agent, you will be responsible for assisting Eneco’s Dutch-speaking customers, ensuring efficient handling of inquiries and providing a positive customer experience.

  

### Key Responsibilities

-   Provide high-quality customer support in Dutch through phone, email, and chat, working remotely.
-   Assist customers with account management, billing inquiries, service requests, and technical support.
-   Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
-   Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions within CRM systems.
-   Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer satisfaction and service processes.
-   Stay informed on Eneco’s services, energy market trends, and company policies.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Dutch (spoken and written) is required; proficiency in English is a plus.
-   Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the energy sector or utilities.
-   Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset.
-   Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote work environment.
-   Proficient in using CRM software, digital communication tools, and computer applications.
-   Reliable internet connection and a suitable remote workspace.
-   Ability to manage time effectively and multitask in a dynamic setting.
