## Description

The Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer is a part-time role responsible for providing high-level administrative and operational support to the CEO. Day-to-day tasks include managing the CEO’s calendar, scheduling meetings across time zones, coordinating travel arrangements, and organizing virtual and in-person engagements. The role involves preparing presentations, reports, and meeting materials, as well as taking minutes, tracking action items, and ensuring timely follow-up. The Executive Assistant will manage correspondence, screen and prioritize emails and requests, and serve as a key point of contact between the CEO and internal and external stakeholders.

## Requirements

-   Strong executive-level support skills, including Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support for senior leadership. 

-   Proficiency in Diary Management and calendar coordination, including scheduling across multiple time zones and managing competing priorities. 

-   Experience with Administrative Assistance tasks such as document preparation, correspondence, meeting coordination, and file management. 

-   Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with stakeholders at all levels. 

-   High level of discretion and integrity when handling confidential information. 

-   Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment. 

-   Proficiency with productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, video conferencing platforms, project/task management tools). 

-   Prior experience supporting C-suite executives or senior leadership, preferably in a technology, fintech, or high-growth environment. 

-   Relevant education or equivalent professional experience in business administration, management, or a related field.
