## Description

We are seeking an experienced **Consultant Breast Surgeon** to join a prestigious Tier 1 healthcare organization in Dubai.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Provide comprehensive surgical assessment and management of **benign and malignant breast conditions**.
-   Perform breast-conserving surgery, mastectomy, sentinel lymph node procedures, and other relevant breast surgical procedures.
-   Assess and manage patients with suspected and confirmed breast cancer.
-   Participate in **multidisciplinary breast and oncology meetings** and develop individualized treatment plans.
-   Collaborate closely with radiologists, oncologists, pathologists, and other specialists.
-   Provide pre-operative counselling and post-operative follow-up.
-   Manage complex breast cases and surgical complications.
-   Maintain accurate clinical documentation and adhere to patient safety and quality standards.
-   Participate in clinical audits, teaching, research, and service development.

## Requirements

Medical degree with recognized postgraduate qualification in **General Surgery / Breast Surgery**.

Fellowship or subspecialty training in **Breast Surgery / Surgical Oncology** preferred.

Strong consultant-level experience in breast surgery.

**Tier 1 / internationally recognized qualification and experience preferred.**

**UK CCT/CCST, Irish, American Board, or Canadian Board** preferred.

Must be **eligible for Consultant-level DHA licensing**.

Excellent communication, leadership, and multidisciplinary teamwork skills.
