## Description

Experienced Dozer Operator

**Location:** Tulsa, OK  
**Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM  
**Weekends:** Most Saturdays required  
**Pay:** $18–$20/hour to start, **up to $25/hour based on experience**

### Job Summary

We are seeking an **experienced Equipment Operator** with strong dozer experience to join our client's team in Tulsa. The ideal candidate will be confident operating a standard dozer and able to get in the machine and begin working with no instruction. This is a hands-on position for an experienced operator who understands equipment operation, works safely, and can be productive independently.

### Responsibilities

-   Operate a standard dozer safely and efficiently
-   Perform grading and other equipment operations as assigned
-   Conduct basic equipment checks and report any issues
-   Follow jobsite safety procedures and instructions
-   Maintain a productive work pace throughout the day
-   Assist with other jobsite duties as needed

## Requirements

-   **Previous dozer operating experience required**
-   Must be able to confidently operate a regular dozer independently
-   Dependable and willing to work most Saturdays
-   Ability to follow directions and work safely
-   Must be comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
-   **Dozer cab is not air conditioned**
