### Key Responsibilities

-   Manage bookings and reservations for Dutch-speaking clients across various hospitality services.
-   Provide detailed and accurate information about accommodation options, pricing, and local attractions to assist clients.
-   Ensure timely and precise processing of bookings and changes, maintaining high standards of customer service.
-   Handle client inquiries and concerns with professionalism and efficiency, ensuring client satisfaction.
-   Maintain updated records of bookings and communications within the CRM system.
-   Keep informed about the latest trends and offerings in the hospitality sector.

## Requirements

-   Native or fluent Dutch language skills (written and spoken) are required.
-   Proficiency in English, minimum B2 level.
-   Previous experience in hospitality booking, customer service, or related roles is advantageous.
-   Passion for travel and awareness of hospitality services and destinations.
-   Strong communication and interpersonal abilities focused on excellent client service.
-   Ability to handle customer issues professionally and promptly.
-   Familiarity with CRM platforms and standard office applications.
-   Self-driven, well-organized, and capable of managing workload in a dynamic environment.
-   Ready and willing to relocate to Greece, with all relocation costs covered.
