## Description

We are looking for Customer Service Representatives to join fast-growing accounts within Visayas. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to valued clients through effective communication, problem-solving skills, and customer profiling.

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
-   Resolve customer issues and complaints with a focus on first-call resolution
-   Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of customer interactions
-   Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes
-   Provide product and service information to assist customers with their needs
-   Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience
-   Meet or exceed individual and team performance targets

## Requirements

**Iloilo and Bacolod Qualifications:**

-   At least a high school graduate (old curriculum) or SHS graduate (new curriculum)
-   No experience required to apply
-   Must be conversant in both spoken and written English
-   Amenable to work fully on-site within Iloilo or Bacolod
-   Amenable to work on graveyard shift and shifting schedule

**Cebu Qualifications:**

-   Completed at least 2nd year in College without back subjects
-   Must have at least 1 year of BPO experience
-   No experience required to apply
-   Must be conversant in both spoken and written English
-   Amenable to work fully on-site within Cebu
-   Amenable to work on graveyard shift and shifting schedule
