## Description

Mercier Consultancy MD is looking for a Danish Speaking Digital Trust and Safety Specialist to join our team in Sofia. In this key role, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and trustworthy digital community by monitoring content, managing safety threats, and enforcing community guidelines. You will collaborate with diverse teams to ensure a secure online environment for all users.

  

### Key Responsibilities

-   Monitor user-generated content and online activities to identify violations of safety policies and guidelines.
-   Conduct thorough investigations into reports of unsafe content or behavior and apply appropriate actions.
-   Work with cross-functional teams to improve digital safety policies and practices.
-   Generate detailed reports on safety trends, incidents, and resolutions for internal stakeholders.
-   Stay updated on digital safety best practices and emerging risks to proactively enhance safety measures.
-   Engage and communicate with users to promote awareness of digital trust and safety principles.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Danish and English (both spoken and written) is a must.
-   Experience in digital trust and safety, content moderation, or related roles is preferred.
-   Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
-   Excellent communication skills to effectively manage user interactions and safety concerns.
-   Detail-oriented and proactive in identifying potential risks to the digital community.
-   Familiarity with online safety tools, social media platforms, and content management systems is advantageous.
-   Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team in a dynamic environment based in Sofia.
