### Role Summary

We are looking for a **Full-Cycle Sales Executive** to drive growth in the Spanish market by owning the complete sales cycle — from prospecting to closing.

You must have prior experience selling **marketing or lead generation services** and be confident handling outbound sales independently.

### Key Responsibilities

**1\. Research & Lead Generation**

-   Identify potential clients and build prospect databases
-   Analyze market trends and opportunities in Spain

**2\. Cold Outreach & Engagement**

-   Conduct high-volume cold calls and outreach campaigns
-   Initiate conversations and generate interest in services

**3\. Qualification & Sales Process Management**

-   Conduct discovery calls and identify client needs
-   Maintain and manage a structured sales pipeline

**4\. Closing Deals**

-   Present tailored marketing solutions
-   Negotiate pricing and close new business opportunities

## Requirements

-   Native or fluent **Spanish** + strong English
-   2+ years of experience in **full-cycle B2B sales**
-   Experience selling **digital marketing / lead generation services (REQUIRED)**
-   Strong communication and persuasion skills
-   Ability to work independently in a remote environment
-   Consistent track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets
