## Description

Eram Talent is seeking a qualified Safety Officer for a short-term engagement of 1 month. This position is crucial for ensuring a safe working environment across various operations, complying with safety regulations, and promoting health and safety awareness among employees.

### Responsibilities

-   Conduct regular safety inspections and assessments to identify hazards.
-   Implement and oversee safety protocols in compliance with local regulations.
-   Assist in the development and delivery of safety training programs.
-   Investigate incidents and accidents to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.
-   Maintain records of safety inspections, incidents, and training sessions.
-   Collaborate with management and staff to promote a culture of safety.
-   Report on safety performance and recommend improvements where necessary.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor's degree in occupational health and safety or a related field.
-   A minimum of 5 years of experience in a safety officer role.
-   Strong understanding of safety regulations and best practices.
-   Excellent communication and organizational skills.
-   Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
-   NEBOSH or equivalent certification is preferred.
-   Willingness to work on-site and travel if required.
