## Description

Remote World is recruiting an **Inbound Sales Agent** for a busy UK-based business. You'll handle warm inbound enquiries — people who've already shown interest — and guide them through to a sale. No cold calling, just real conversations with motivated prospects.

If you're a natural communicator who enjoys closing and loves the buzz of hitting targets, this is the role for you.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Answer inbound calls, emails, and live chats from prospective customers
-   Understand customer needs and match them to the right product or service
-   Handle objections professionally and convert enquiries into sales
-   Follow up with leads who haven't yet committed
-   Log all activity accurately in the CRM system
-   Meet daily and monthly conversion targets

### What You'll Need

-   Experience in sales, call centre, or customer-facing roles
-   Clear, confident verbal communication — great phone manner is essential
-   Ability to think on your feet and handle multiple enquiries
-   Familiarity with CRM or ticketing systems is a plus
-   Reliable internet and a distraction-free workspace

### What's on Offer

-   **Salary: R16,000 per month**
-   Full-time, permanent remote position
-   Working hours: 09:00–17:00 UK time (11:00–19:00 SAST)
