## Description

**Purpose**: A creative and tech-savvy **Content Creator and Video Producer** to craft compelling visual narratives that reflect our company’s values, culture, and business goals. This role will also play a key part in developing engaging educational content to support employee learning and development.

**Key areas of responsibilities:**

-   Partner with stakeholders to develop and script engaging content aligned with business goals and brand identity.
-   Design and produce training videos using instructional design principles and suitable formats (e.g., microlearning, scenario-based).
-   Work cross-functionally to gather insights, align expectations, and deliver relevant content.
-   Plan, shoot, and direct video productions, ensuring high-quality visuals, audio, and storytelling.
-   Edit and enhance content (including motion graphics) to meet brand and quality standards.
-   Manage timelines, vendors, and deliverables to ensure projects are completed efficiently and on schedule.

## Requirements

-   Degree in Communications, Media Production, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
-   At least 3 years of proven experience in content creation and video production.
-   Strong understanding of brand voice, tone, and visual identity.
-   Proficient in video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects).
-   Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
-   Detail-oriented, adaptable, and open to new technologies and ideas.
