## Description

Kaizen Asset Management Services is seeking a dynamic and experienced **Team Leader - Communication Excellence** to lead our communications team and drive the company’s internal and external communication strategies. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the brand narrative, enhancing stakeholder engagement, and fostering a culture of transparent and effective communication across the organization.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Lead, mentor, and manage the communications team to ensure high-quality and consistent messaging aligned with Kaizen’s brand values.
-   Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies, including internal communications, corporate messaging, media relations, and crisis communication plans.
-   Collaborate with senior leadership and departments to streamline communication workflows and promote cross-functional collaboration.
-   Oversee content creation for various platforms such as newsletters, press releases, social media, and company announcements to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
-   Monitor and measure the effectiveness of communication strategies through qualitative and quantitative methods, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
-   Manage relationships with external agencies, media contacts, and vendors to maximize the impact of communication campaigns.
-   Ensure compliance with regulatory and corporate governance standards in all communications.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
-   Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate communication, preferably in real estate or asset management sectors.
-   Proven leadership experience managing teams and driving communication initiatives.
-   Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
-   Expertise in communication strategy development, media relations, and crisis management.
-   Proficiency with communication tools and platforms including social media management, content management systems, and analytics tools.
-   Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams and with senior leadership.
-   Highly organized with excellent project management capabilities.
-   Ability to adapt to fast-paced and evolving environments while maintaining a strategic focus.
