Under general supervision, the building cleaner performs cleaning tasks and operates various types of cleaning equipment for assigned buildings.

**Duties**

-   Arrive on time and ready to perform shift duties.
-   Clean offices and work areas, including emptying trash and replacing liners, and cleaning windows and windowsills.
-   Vacuum, dust, sweep, and mop floors and stairs.
-   Clean and maintain supplies in restrooms; ensure facilities are sanitary and fully stocked for client use.
-   Maintain clean and orderly janitorial closets.

## Requirements

-   Must be **at least 18 years old** and able to pass a background check
-   Bilingual (English/Spanish)
-   Must be **reliable, able to work at a fast pace, and detail-oriented**
-   **Commercial cleaning experience is a plus**
-   Ability to **listen to customer requests and follow supervisor directions**
-   **Follow building or customer-specific health and safety protocols**
-   **High school diploma or GED required**
-   Must have **dependable transportation**

This position requires walking, standing, bending, reaching, lifting, and performing repetitive cleaning motions, as well as using cleaning equipment and supplies and lifting up to 35 lbs.

**Schedule:** _**Monday- Saturday 7:00 AM- 4:00 PM ( 1hr lunch )**_
