Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking a skilled Norwegian Speaking Digital Trust and Safety Analyst to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria. ### Key Responsibilities

-   Monitor digital content and user activities to identify potential violations and safety risks in line with company policies.
-   Investigate reported concerns thoroughly, analyzing data to make informed and effective decisions.
-   Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement robust safety protocols and policies.
-   Prepare detailed reports on safety incidents and trends to support continuous improvement efforts.
-   Stay up-to-date with emerging digital threats and contribute to proactive risk mitigation strategies.
-   Engage with users and stakeholders to promote awareness of digital safety best practices.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Norwegian (written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is advantageous.
-   Experience in digital trust and safety, content moderation, or related fields is preferred.
-   Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
-   Excellent communication abilities for effective collaboration and user engagement.
-   Familiarity with digital content management systems and online safety tools.
-   Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
-   Willingness and availability to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria.
