**Location:** Jacksonville, FL  
**Work Setting:** Remote / Telehealth  
**Position Type:** Full-Time  
**Salary:** $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits  
**Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

**Job Summary**

We are hiring a Licensed Clinical Social Worker for a full-time remote behavioral health position. This role centers on providing therapy to clients through telehealth, helping them work through emotional, behavioral, and mental health concerns in a structured clinical setting.

You will be responsible for managing client sessions, completing documentation, and creating care plans that reflect each client’s needs. The role requires strong clinical judgment, dependable follow-through, and the ability to build trust through virtual care.

**Responsibilities**

-   Provide remote therapy to assigned clients
-   Complete psychosocial assessments and intake documentation
-   Develop client-centered treatment plans
-   Deliver therapy using evidence-based interventions
-   Maintain up-to-date clinical notes and records
-   Track client progress and revise goals when appropriate
-   Follow telehealth, privacy, and compliance standards
-   Recognize and respond to client safety concerns
-   Participate in care coordination when needed

## Requirements

-   Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
-   Active Florida Licensed Clinical Social Worker license
-   Clinical experience providing therapy to adults, families, or varied client populations
-   Strong understanding of assessment, treatment planning, and documentation
-   Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records
-   Reliable internet connection and private workspace
-   Ability to work independently while staying clinically organized
-   Excellent communication and professional judgment
