## Description

We are looking for a **QA Lead** with **5-7+ years of experience** in software quality assurance, mobile application testing, and test automation. The ideal candidate will lead QA activities, define testing strategies, manage QA team members, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, reliable, and secure applications.

### Requirements

-   5-7+ years of experience in Software Testing and Quality Assurance.
-   Strong experience in testing **mobile applications (iOS and Android)**, including native and hybrid apps.
-   Hands-on experience with **manual, automated, and end-to-end testing**.
-   Strong expertise with automation tools such as **Appium** and **Selenium**.
-   Experience creating and executing test plans, test strategies, and test cases.
-   Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, testing processes, and best practices.
-   Experience with **API testing and validation** using tools such as Postman.
-   Experience with performance testing using **JMeter**.
-   Experience leading, mentoring, and managing QA teams.
-   Ability to guide teams in automation, performance, and quality improvement initiatives.
-   Experience working in **CI/CD and DevOps environments**.
-   Experience with cloud platforms such as **Microsoft Azure** or **AWS**.
-   Familiarity with programming or scripting languages such as **Java** or **Python**.
-   Experience with bug tracking, defect management, and test reporting tools.
-   Strong analytical, problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
-   Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

### Preferred Qualifications

-   **ISTQB Certification**.
-   Experience with security testing and application quality governance.
-   Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
-   Knowledge of mobile application performance optimization and monitoring.
-   Experience leading QA activities for enterprise-scale applications.
