### Your Responsibilities

-   Provide excellent customer support to Slovak-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
-   Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and efficiently.
-   Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions in the CRM system.
-   Collaborate with team members to enhance customer satisfaction and service quality.
-   Participate in ongoing training to keep up-to-date with product knowledge and customer service techniques.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Slovak (written and spoken) is mandatory.
-   Your native language and nationality must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
-   Previous experience in customer support or a related field is preferred.
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-   Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria; fully covered by the company.
-   Proactive problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
-   Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
