Mercier Consultancy is looking for a proficient and motivated _Dutch Speaking Customer Representative_ to join our team. This (remote) position allows you to work from Greece while enjoying the lifestyle and culture of this beautiful country.

**Your Role:**

-   Provide customer service to Dutch-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat.
-   Effectively resolve customer inquiries and issues with professionalism and accuracy.
-   Familiarize yourself with company systems to offer efficient support.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Dutch, both written and spoken.
-   Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
