### **Role Summary**

Take ownership of Quality Assurance on Crown's **Frankfurt, Germany** project, ensuring all works are delivered in accordance with approved specifications, quality standards and contractual requirements.

This is a site-based, rotation-based position offering the opportunity to work on a major hyperscale data centre project in Frankfurt.

You will lead the implementation of QA processes, manage quality documentation through Procore, and ensure consistent quality standards are maintained throughout the project. Working closely with the Senior Project Manager, Contracts Manager and site management team, you will oversee quality across roofing, cladding, curtain walling, rainscreen and associated building envelope installations.

### **Key Responsibilities**

-   Take overall responsibility for Quality Assurance across the project, ensuring compliance with Crown's QA standards and client requirements.
-   Implement and manage First-Off Checks (FOCs), Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), and build-up verification for roofing, cladding and façade systems.
-   Inspect and monitor air seal installations, ensuring photographic records and quality evidence are maintained.
-   Manage the three-stage handover process (W1 – Works Complete, W2 – Snagging, W3 – Close-Out) and maintain accurate tracking of all work zones.
-   Liaise daily with Project Managers, Site Managers, subcontractors and client QA representatives to proactively resolve quality issues.
-   Maintain all QA documentation within Procore, including inspection reports, photographic evidence, NCRs and sign-offs.
-   Conduct quality inspections, audits and subcontractor reviews to ensure compliance with project specifications.
-   Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying lessons learned and implementing corrective and preventative actions.
-   Attend coordination, progress and quality meetings with the Main Contractor and Client.
-   Protect Crown's contractual position through accurate quality records and comprehensive documentation.
-   Undertake any other duties reasonably required to support the successful delivery of the project.

## Requirements

**Person Specification**

-   Minimum 3–5 years' experience in a site-based QA/QC role within construction, ideally within the building envelope sector.
-   Strong technical knowledge of roofing, cladding, curtain walling and façade system installation.
-   Experience using QA documentation systems such as Procore or similar.
-   Professional certification in Quality Management (CQE, CQM or equivalent) is desirable.
-   Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
-   Strong communication and organisational skills with the ability to coordinate across multidisciplinary teams.
-   Full driving licence.
-   Willingness to work on a rotational basis.
-   Currently based in Europe and eligible to work within the EU.
-   Familiarity with BIM and other advanced construction technologies is desirable.
