## Description

Product Operations Specialist who will play a critical role in enabling seamless product delivery and operational excellence. This position combines technical administration with agile coaching to ensure our product teams operate efficiently and effectively. You will be the go-to expert for Jira and Git administration, while fostering agile best practices across the organization.

## Requirements

Serve as the Agile Coach for product teams, guiding them in implementing and improving agile methodologies.

Administer and optimize Jira workflows, boards, and reporting to support product development processes.

Manage Git repositories, permissions, and branching strategies to ensure smooth collaboration between engineering and product teams.

Act as the liaison between product, engineering, and operations to streamline processes and remove bottlenecks.

Develop and maintain documentation for tools, processes, and best practices.

Monitor and report on key operational metrics to drive continuous improvement.  
  
Key Skills:  
  
Strong understanding of Agile principles and experience coaching teams in agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban).

Hands-on experience with Jira administration, including workflow customization, permissions, and dashboards.

Proficiency in Git administration and version control best practices.

Excellent communication and facilitation skills to work across cross-functional teams.

Analytical mindset with the ability to identify process gaps and propos  
3+ years in product operations, agile coaching, or similar roles.  
  
Qualifications:  
  
Proven experience administering Jira and Git in a multi-team environment.

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices is a plus.

Experience in SaaS or technology-driven organizations preferred.
