## Description

Do you enjoy working outdoors, fixing things, and seeing the results of a job well done? **River Point RV Park is looking for a dependable, hands-on Part-Time Maintenance Worker** to help keep our park looking great and our guests happy. ### Responsibilities

-   General RV park and facility maintenance
-   Minor repairs and troubleshooting
-   Mowing, trimming, and general groundskeeping
-   Trash removal and keeping common areas clean
-   Cleaning and maintaining park facilities
-   Preparing and maintaining RV sites
-   Assisting with maintenance projects as needed
-   Identifying maintenance issues and reporting them to management
-   Providing friendly and professional service to park guests

## Requirements

-   Must pass background check and have a valid drivers license
-   Reliable, responsible, and self-motivated
-   Comfortable working outdoors and performing physical tasks
-   Basic maintenance and repair skills
-   Able to work independently and as part of a team
-   Previous maintenance, landscaping, campground, RV park, or property maintenance experience is a plus
-   Must work safely and professionally around guests
