We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Shopify Developer to design, develop, and optimize high-performing e-commerce experiences on the Shopify platform. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in Shopify theme development, customization, and third-party integrations who enjoys building scalable online stores that deliver exceptional user experiences. You will work closely with design, marketing, and business teams to transform requirements into responsive, feature-rich Shopify solutions. The role involves developing custom themes and sections, integrating APIs and applications, optimizing website performance, and ensuring seamless functionality across devices. ## Requirements

### Key Responsibilities

-   Develop, customize, and maintain Shopify-based e-commerce stores.
-   Build custom Shopify themes, templates, and sections using Liquid.
-   Integrate Shopify apps, plugins, and third-party APIs to enhance store functionality.
-   Convert UI/UX designs and wireframes into responsive and interactive web pages.
-   Optimize store performance, page speed, and scalability for enhanced user experience.
-   Implement SEO best practices within Shopify stores to improve visibility and rankings.
-   Customize checkout flows, product pages, and customer experiences as per business requirements.
-   Work with JSON, AJAX, and Shopify APIs to develop advanced functionality.
-   Troubleshoot technical issues and implement effective solutions.
-   Create and maintain technical documentation for developed features and integrations.
-   Collaborate with designers, marketers, and content teams to deliver high-quality projects.
-   Stay updated on Shopify platform enhancements, emerging technologies, and e-commerce trends.

### What Makes You a Great Fit

-   1–3 years of professional experience in Shopify development.
-   Strong expertise in Shopify theme development using Liquid.
-   Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive web design principles.
-   Experience integrating Shopify apps, APIs, and third-party services.
-   Solid understanding of JSON, AJAX, and Shopify ecosystem architecture.
-   Knowledge of e-commerce best practices, including product management, payment integrations, and checkout optimization.
-   Understanding of SEO principles and their implementation within Shopify stores.
-   Ability to translate business requirements and technical specifications into robust solutions.
-   Familiarity with AI-powered tools and platforms that enhance development productivity.
