**What Your Day Might Look Like:**

We are looking for someone who combines the analytical rigour of a strategy consultant with genuine passion for AI — someone who has excelled in a top-tier environment but is ready to move faster, own more, and shape something meaningful. You will work across a portfolio of leading organisations, spanning energy, infrastructure, manufacturing, financial services, and beyond. Your mandate covers three distinct elements:

-   **AI Discovery:** Lead structured diagnostic engagements with senior client stakeholders. Map business processes, quantify AI opportunity, and produce clear, executive-ready AI opportunity assessments and strategic roadmaps.
-   **AI Garage:** Design and facilitate hands-on AI enablement programmes — from low-code AI workshops and knowledge transfer sessions to AI culture interventions. Help organisations move from curiosity to capability.
-   **AI Business Development:** Partner with the CEO, CCO and BD team to translate client conversations into compelling proposals. Structure solutions, frame commercial value, and support pursuit of new engagements across our enterprise pipeline.

## Requirements

**Your Superpowers 🚀:**

-   3–6 years of experience in a top-tier management consultancy, a high-growth technology OR AI company in a strategy or advisory capacity
-   Track record of delivering rigorous, structured analysis under pressure and translating findings into clear recommendations for senior stakeholders
-   Genuine exposure to or passion for AI: whether through project work, independent learning, or side projects
-   Strong academic background from a leading institution
-   Exceptional communication: written, verbal, and in the room. You are comfortable presenting to a CEO with a five minutes' notice
-   Structured thinking: you naturally disaggregate problems, identify the key question, and build logical, defensible arguments
-   Commercial instinct: you understand what value means to a business and how to frame AI in those terms
-   Analytical depth: comfortable with data, models, and evidence; not intimidated by technical conversations
-   Curiosity and pace: you read, you experiment, you are restless about what's next

**Bonus Points for:**

-   International experience, either through studying or working abroad
-   Hands-on AI work, even if it is to create your own agent with Claude, Perplexity, OpenAI etc.
-   Thought leadership publications regarding data and AI.
