## Description

Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking a Swedish Speaking Digital Trust and Safety Specialist to join our dynamic team in Sofia, Bulgaria. This role is pivotal in ensuring a secure and trustworthy online environment for our users. You will be responsible for monitoring digital content, managing safety-related incidents, and helping develop policies that uphold our commitment to digital integrity and user protection.

  

### Key Responsibilities

-   Monitor user-generated content and interactions to identify potential violations of safety and trust standards.
-   Conduct investigations into reported safety issues, analyzing data and evidence to determine appropriate actions.
-   Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine safety policies and procedures.
-   Prepare detailed reports highlighting safety trends and incident outcomes for internal stakeholders.
-   Stay updated on the latest developments in digital safety to proactively address emerging risks.
-   Communicate with users to promote awareness and adherence to digital safety guidelines.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Swedish and English (both written and spoken) is essential.
-   Experience in digital safety, content moderation, or related fields is preferred.
-   Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
-   Excellent communication skills to manage user interactions and resolve safety concerns effectively.
-   Detail-oriented and proactive in identifying and mitigating online risks.
-   Familiarity with social media platforms, safety tools, and content management systems is advantageous.
-   Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic team environment.
