**Responsibilities:**

-   Oversee and manage daily trade and transaction reporting under MIFIR, EMIR and SFTR frameworks;
-   Maintain and continuously improve reporting processes, ensuring data accuracy and timely submission;
-   Investigate and resolve reporting discrepancies and exceptions in collaboration with internal stakeholders;
-   Liaise with local regulators and trade repositories as required;
-   Reconciliation of open positions and dispute resolution with counterparts;
-   Preparation of the ad-hoc reports as per various external requests (counterparties, internal / external auditors, regulatory bodies, etc.);
-   Be a point of contact and subject-matter expert for ad hoc data and analytics requests;
-   Conduct impact assessments of new or changing regulatory requirements (e.g., SFTR, EMIR, MiFID II).

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field;
-   3–5+ years of experience in regulatory or transaction reporting within a financial institution, broker, or fintech;
-   Proven experience with MIFID II/ EMIR and SFTR  trade reporting frameworks;
-   Strong understanding of derivatives and securities financing products;
-   Familiarity with reporting mechanisms such as UnaVista, REGIS TR;
-   Strong Excel, data handling skills and SQL;
-   Fluent English and Russian required, any other languages it will be considered as an advantage.
