## Description

Business Development

-   Identify and develop new business opportunities, partnerships, and client leads.
-   Lead coordination of proposals, presentations, and client communications.
-   Maintain and strengthen relationships with key partners and stakeholders.
-   Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful execution of partnership initiatives.

Operations Management

-   Oversee daily platform operations to ensure efficiency and optimal performance.
-   Monitor and analyze key metrics such as engagement, completion rates, and activity levels.
-   Ensure all quests are properly launched, managed, and completed according to standards.
-   Identify operational gaps and recommend process improvements.
-   Act as the main point of coordination between Business Development, Product, and Operations teams.

Platform & Execution Oversight

-   Manage publishing, featuring, and boosting of quests based on strategic priorities.
-   Ensure quality control and accuracy of all live quests.
-   Escalate system or operational issues and follow through until resolution.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
-   3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
-   Strong understanding of sales principles and methodologies.
-   Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
-   Ability to build rapport and influence at all levels of the organization.
-   Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
-   Willingness to travel as needed.
