### **The Role**

In this role, you’ll be an integral part of our team’s mission of helping immigrants secure their future in the United States through asylum. You’ll work collaboratively across our firm to ensure clients receive the highest quality support throughout their journey to safety. Your specific responsibilities will align with your expertise and our current operational needs, but all roles share our commitment to excellence, compassion, and results.

The Referral Program Manager plays a vital, strategic role within the firm.

In this role, you will lead our Client Relationship Program, conducting intentional check-ins, celebrations, and milestone conversations with current and former clients. These are not transactional follow-ups. They are moments of care that ensure clients feel remembered, supported, and genuinely connected to the firm long after their legal matter concludes. Through these touchpoints, you will deepen trust, uncover evolving needs, and reinforce our commitment to lifelong client relationships.

You will also lead a structured client referral initiative, designed to transform positive client experiences into a consistent and values-aligned source of new matters. By formalizing outreach, follow-up, and referral tracking, you will make it easy and natural for satisfied clients to refer friends, family members, and community contacts who may need our help.

In addition, you will serve as the primary steward of our Team 100 Referral Ecosystem, a curated network of attorney and non-attorney professionals. You will nurture these relationships, maintain accurate partner data, manage communication cadences, and ensure the ecosystem remains active, engaged, and aligned with our mission.

This position is central to strengthening both client relationships and professional partnerships, and it plays a direct role in driving the firm’s long-term growth, reputation, and community impact.

This role is open to candidates located in **Argentina**.

### **What You'll Do**

Your day-to-day responsibilities will vary based on the firm’s needs, but will include a combination of the following:

- Lead structured calls with current and former clients for birthdays, anniversaries, milestones, and periodic check-ins.
- Listen for client needs and route them to the appropriate internal team or trusted referral partner.
- Lead and operate the firm’s client referral initiative, including outreach, follow-up, and tracking.
- Serve as the primary relationship manager for all Team 100 referral partners.
- Conduct introduction calls and ongoing relationship-building conversations with referral partners.
- Track inbound and outbound referrals accurately, including key details, outcomes, and follow-up needs in our CRM.
- Prepare and distribute quarterly Partner Newsletter updates.
- Build and maintain dashboards tracking referral activity, partner engagement, and trends.
- Deliver monthly and quarterly reports on referral performance and partner engagement.
