**The Role**

Eziway's Novated Lease team helps clients access the tax savings and convenience of a novated vehicle lease, acting as the go-between for employee, employer and financier through every step of the process. Based in Pakenham VIC, you'll manage the full lead pipeline for novated leases — from first enquiry through to a customer driving away in their new car — on a full-time, on-site basis.

**How You'll Work**

Reporting to the Head of Novated Sales, you'll:

-   Act as the primary point of contact for customers exploring a novated lease
-   Explain the tax savings and benefits of novated leasing (general information, not financial advice)
-   Guide customers through vehicle choice, including Eziway's dealer network
-   Prepare lease quotes and impact statements and process finance applications once accepted

## Requirements

**What You'll Own**

-   **Client Pipeline** — Manage all novated lease leads end-to-end, from enquiry to settled deal
-   **Vehicle & Finance Coordination** — Liaise with the Dealer Liaison Officer on availability and keep across new models, releases and current offers
-   **Lease Lifecycle** — Follow up lease-expiry customers and outstanding quotes to keep every deal moving
-   **Records & Data** — Keep the system accurate and current, including loading and transferring quotes

**What We're Looking For**

-   Experience in sales essential; novated leasing, dealership, fleet or vehicle industry background highly regarded
-   Sound understanding of salary packaging and/or novated leasing
-   Customer-centric focus with a genuine willingness to deliver superior service
-   High attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills
-   Ability to multitask, prioritise and meet KPIs
-   Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-   Proficient in Microsoft suite, comfortable picking up new systems
-   Willingness to attend client sites for educational and sales activities
